General Mills interview questions

One phone call interview, and one 2 hr in person meeting. They were very respectful through out the whole process. The phone call was 20 mins long, and I had a great conversation with a manager. The HR called back later that day and offered and in person interview. This was about 2 hours long. I met and interviewed with two managers and one HR representative.
