Two phone calls and then a face to face. All situational questions, be prepared. They ask you a lot of situational questions, like 20 so make sure you aren't being repetitive.

Interview
I applied online and was reached out to for a phone interview with the hiring manager a couple week later. This interview consisted of your standard behavior questions plus walking through my resume. Next I was invited to take a personality assessment. Following that I was invited to the General Mills HQ for interviews with several members from the marketing org. Overall, everyone was nice and made the process pretty enjoyably.

Interview
Applied online after seeing a LinkedIn and references from a few friends that worked there. A few days later, learned that I had received a phone interview. After a half-hour phone interview, received notice that I would have a second round interview with 3 finance managers/senior managers. I also had a complete a few personality/skills assessments prior to the onsite interviews. The onsite interviews were back-to-back and a half-hour each, along with lunch and a debrief with the hiring manager. One day later, I learned that I had an offer.

Interview questions were behavioral in nature and included questions such as "Describe a time when you had to step into a leadership role...what did you do to fill into this position? What did you learn? Did you encounter difficulties along the way?" and "Tell me about a time when you were out of your comfort zone...how did you respond and what was the end result?"
