General Mills interview questions

Phone call & interview done at local Cafe,ask working style ,ask some technical queries to judge me,ask family background to know I'm from good family or not. Ask all references.

Applied online and was contacted within a couple of weeks to set up a phone interview. After phone interview, I was contacted that day to set up interview. Interview was on-site and included four rounds of interviews with managers and employees I would be working with. Tour took place in middle of process to break up the day.
