I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Reed City, MI) in Jun 2019
Interview
I had two interviews for the position, one on the phone and the second on-site. After the phone interview there was a link sent to me from HR with behavioral assessments to complete and a more in-depth application to fill out. The on-site interview went from 9:30 am-1:30 pm.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process was very clear. It is a three-round interview process which for me, starting by talking to someone at a my college career fair. The first two rounds were held on my college campus. The final round was held at world headquarters because that was the office I was potentially being offered a position at. The first two interviews were 30 minutes and the final round interview was three, thirty minute interviews. The process was wonderful, and every interviewer was so nice. Overall, General Mills made the interview process as stress-free as possible.
