Gallagher interview questions

I originally applied for a different position, and it was filled before i could interview. But the hiring manager offered me another position that would work well for me. We were able to schedule an interview for that role quickly. She was very friendly and authentic!

Trying to connect to a manager that's clearly burned out and tired is hard, specially when they're only seeking and approving people who thinks and speaks the same words they expect. It was a total waste of time, interviewing with a person who goes from very specific questions such as where do you click in a system to do this or that, to more philosofical questions out of nowhere.
