Gallagher interview questions

Wasted my week without evaluating for the role and time (everyday different rounds starting from monday)with multiple rounds for a 10lpa job! Rejected me on a friday stating I have no insurance experience (did not say that needed people with only insurance background in job description) and was not suitable for IC role (no questions were asked regarding my IC role experience in past but was gauged solely on the Family question)

2 rounds. One phone call with younger producers, one with the presidents of each division in which you rotate between 2 rooms. Both were online (on Zoom or phone). Not really technical, more behavioral and character based.
