Gallagher Sales Intern interview questions

The interview process was primarily behavioral. I had two interviews, and the first one was the main one with the most questions. It was over Zoom and only took about half an hour. The second interview was less formal and more to introduce me to my mentor during the internship

Pretty standard questions about your experience, why Gallagher (they value their principles very highly), and what makes you a good fit for this role. Interview was more of a conversation than question and answer so practice that way.
