Gallagher interview questions

I was referred to this position by a friend who interned as a broker for the summer. Don't plan on getting an interview there unless you know someone who works there. They only go by referrals, so don't waste your time applying on some third-party website. In Bellevue, WA there's two sides to the company. The sales and admin side. My friend got to be on the sales side which is fabulous, and I recommend it to everyone interested in insurance sales. The admin side was a whole other story, and if you don't wanna feel like your in the movie "Office Space," try somewhere else. Anyways, I got an email and call to do the 1st interview with the human resource manager. She was real tough to interview with, but she asked fair questions. I'd recommend researching the company b4 hand because they've got plenty of info to study up on. I took a spelling test (one of the words was insurance), a basic math test, and personality test within a 30-min period right after my 1st interview, and I must have passed with flying colors because they asked me back for a second interview. On the second interview, the whole "leadership" team (I put it in quotes for a reason) sat in consisting of three middle-aged women. They were all much more receptive, and I think I even got one of them to smile. I did MUCH better here, and they called me back 4 the job about a week later for 36K.
