I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied on their website, HR reached out a few days later. Had an HR screening interview followed by a case study. Then an interview with a supervisor and department manager.

Question 1
Why GLG? Discuss how you work in a team setting and how you handle challenges?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Sídney) in Sep 2020
Interview
I was used to 'tick the box' so GLG could say they had looked at external candidates, but in reality they had already decided to give the position to an existing internal employee. This was made very clear when for the final interview (last 2 candidates) the hiring manager turned up 15mins late, did not apologise, hadn't even looked at my CV or previous interview notes (had 3 previous interviews), and proceeded to not ask me a SINGLE question about myself, but talk about himself. Sadly the entire process was a charade and a complete waste of time and effort.

Question 1
How would you manage a team with low morale and high risk of attrition? (clearly they have some internal issues...)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG
Interview
The interviewing processes started off fast as they were interested in fast tracking me to the next round. I was then interviewed by the manager and asked to complete two different assignments that took me at least 3+ hours to complete. I never heard back from the manager after they said they would give me feedback on it.
The recruiter kept saying I was still in the running all while waiting weeks between each reply. Last minute, they switched the position I originally applied for, but I went forward as I thought it was still a good opportunity. After all of this I was sent an automated email that I didn’t get the job after repeatedly being updated that they just needed final confirmation. Probably the worst interview process I’ve ever experienced thus far.
