Interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter first. Then I had an on site interview with a group of people from various department. They are all very friendly and easy to talk with.
3 part - phone interview, test, in-person meeting with 3 different people (not at the same time, separate). Phone lasted about 15~20 min talking about my resume. Test lasted a total of 2 hours. 1 hour was the test itself and the 2nd hour was explaining my work process during the test and additional questions about the job. In-person meeting was talking with the individual managers/directors from the office to determine if I would be a good fit to the team.
