GLG interview questions

3 part - phone interview, test, in-person meeting with 3 different people (not at the same time, separate). Phone lasted about 15~20 min talking about my resume. Test lasted a total of 2 hours. 1 hour was the test itself and the 2nd hour was explaining my work process during the test and additional questions about the job. In-person meeting was talking with the individual managers/directors from the office to determine if I would be a good fit to the team.

1. Brief Screening interview with GLG Recruiter via phone call 2. Role/expectations interview with GLG Hiring Manager via phone call 3. Case Study completed at GLG Office 4. Organisational/Behavioral fit interview at GLG Office (Mostly same questions asked in both stage 2 and 3)
