I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GLG
Interview
Discovered the position through my school's handshake where a recruiter reached out to me to apply for this position. In terms of interview stages, 1st round is recruiter phone screening, 2nd round is a take-home case study, 3rd round is a case study review via phone, 4th round is a final round interview with a senior in the CS team. You receive your offer via phone call with a recruiter before they send you an offer letter.
Overall, I enjoyed the process because it was, informative, mainly behavioral, and very engaging. It helped me better understand what is expected in the role and day-to-day. There were some scenario-based questions such as "If you're an associate with XYZ kind of client, how would you handle the situation?" Overall, my recruiter was receptive and helpful throughout the process, I requested a change of offer location and they promptly helped me. My recruiter and even the other people that I got to meet throughout the interview process went above and beyond in answering my questions during the process.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to join GLG? What is a product you enjoy in your day-to-day based on their marketing?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
30 minute call screening call, 1st stage interview, case review interview, final stage interview with vice president. each interview was 30 minutes to 1 hour. Almost every interviewer was late… Got no feedback at the end of it despite completing all rounds
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process took 4 weeks and I was interviewed by 8 different people.
The first interview was through a phone call 1-1, and in general It was a positive experience, smooth and the interviewer was friendly and nice.
In the following interview stages I had to talk with 3 different people at the same time, where all were unfriendly and some did not even smile.
In overall, the point of an interview is to have a dialogue with the candidate and understand the skills and the experience they have and not create an uncomfortable, nervous situation with interviews who act like robots and do not even smile. Also, putting the candidate in a position to interview with 8 different people shows lack of confidence by the management.
