GLG interview questions

First round of interviews/screening call was a very poor experience. The TA had zero interest in me or any active listening skills. When I mentioned responsibilities mentioned in the JD they said that's not the case and I must have misunderstood. Not good enough and quite frankly, why did you hire this TA? Poor first experience with GLG

15 minute screening call with recruiter and things seemed to go fairly well but never heard from them again. They ignored my follow up emails. On their website it explicity says that it's not a recruitment role, but on the phone I was told it pretty much is the same as recruitment.
