I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied via my university's career website. I quickly heard back for an o campus interview, which consisted of two 30 minute behavioral interviews. Then, I was asked come to their Austin office for a super day. Prior to going to Austin, they gave me a case which I reviewed my answer with a manager during my super day.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview process was long and dull. Several members of staff asking the same questions over a period of a few weeks. Intellectually not simulating nor challenging role.
Basic sales role without incentives of commission is oversold to candidates.
Team consisted mainly of failed bankers and consultants who joined company after the crash.
Company seems not to like driven personalities as fear they could leave company.

I applied online. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX)
Interview
They had about three different people emailing me and setting up a phone interview before it actually happened. I finally did the phone review which was pretty short maybe 10 minutes and I thought it went pretty well considering I understood the GLG business model well after researching. I was told that someone would follow up with me after the holidays and during the holidays I just got an email that I was not chosen. I thought it was off putting because I didn't get any indication of why, especially when I was juggled between so many hiring managers.
