GLG interview questions

Applied through university. First had a phone interview with HR. They asked me for salary expectations right out the gate. Then another phone interview with an employee in the same position a few days later. It is a good chance to find out more about the job and the hours to see if you really want it and if you want to go further in the interview process.

I applied online in October 2015. Initially had telephone interview. Then Interviewed with Dublin office in November 2015 for position as Recruiting Intern. Interviewed by three people in succession. Process was very positive; first and last interviews were more informal and the second interview was slightly more challenging. Candidates are expected to show an understanding of how GLG functions as a business as well as demonstrate an awareness of what day-to-day activity at GLG may look like.
