I applied online and then received an email from a person checking for eligibility. "Do I have a passport? Do I have a college degree?" After that, I was put in contact with a recruiter who completed a video conference interview. It lasted about 35-40 minutes and the interviewer said they would get back to me and then they emailed me an offer.

The interview was conducted via Skype. It was straightforward and the interviewer made me feel at ease quickly. After asking me a few questions about my teaching experience and background, he took me on a virtual tour of the teaching platform and answered questions I had about teaching in a virtual environment.
