English 1 interview questions

A joke! Interviewer looked very unkempt and was generally quite unprofessional, asking me questions that he would already know the answer to if he bothered to read my CV. Asked stupid questions like "how would you explain the difference between a cat and a dog?". Looked worried and did not provide satisfactory answers to my questions about overtime, contractually obliged hours, transferring schools etc. If you ask such probing questions then they will not offer you a job because they know you wont accept being treated like dirt. Officially, their reason was that I lacked the necessary experience. But of course that's a loads of BS since all their adverts say teaching experience is NOT required.

Filled in an application, got contacted by email to arrange a video interview via Skype. Interviewed for 30 mins, then got offered a teaching exercise in front of 4 staff, then did a teaching shadowing, the next meeting I had to teach the same class I shadowed.
