I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at English 1
Interview
Recruitment was horrible, job expectations were not fully explained (ie: working hours, vacation, etc.)
Visa process was worrisome, as I went through 5 different recruiters, and each one was ineffective at communicating with me.
Overall, job was easy to get because they don't have high expectations (all you need is a Bachelor's from a 4 year university).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Had to make and present a 3 minute lesson plan on the spot. However, it wasn't very difficult.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at English 1 in Jan 2009
Interview
I was referred to the management by a friend who was a current employee at English First. I was contacted by phone and asked to come in and meet with the management that day. I went to the office and participated in a one hour interview with the director of studies. It was low-key and fun. Wanted to know about my past experience and just me personally. I signed the contract the next day.

Question 1
Basically a case study type question. What would you do if...? How would you fix the problem? Can you give me an example of such a situation from your previous experience and how you handled it?
