Largely competency based questions, i.e. asking for an example of a time you shown a particular skills. Also all the usual questions such as why DLA. There was also an opportunity to ask questions at the end. The interviewer will tell you what department they work for so I asked questions relating to their work and we were able to chat about that for 5-10 minutes at the end.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DLA Piper (Bruselas) in Jul 2022
Interview
Had a phone screening then in-person interviews. The first in-person interview was with a paralegal, the second was with an associate, and the third and fourth were with partners. The interview wasn’t difficult. Just general questions about why I wanted to work at a law firm and what my previous experience was. Everyone was super nice - even the partners!
