Interview
I applied and tested their system to understand the application process but I failed the exam without even having my resume checked. Does not make sense to me as the questions are not even designed to test your skills if you fit for the job.

Interview
I originally applied for a position that I had all of requirements for but after the first basic fit assessment was told by it's AI that I was not a fit. I found another position that I also fit my background. After answering the first basic fit assessment I was presented with a second assessment section. I completed the assessment and subsequently was told I failed. As with other posters, I was given no other information about what score I did achieve. As far as I am concerned any company that values AI generated assessments to ascertain if a candidate for a position is not a company I want to work for. Assessments are inherently biased and to ask candidates to spend time completing them is biased against candidates who are not assessment proficient.

Interview
A logic test 15 minutes - 50 questions. Meaning you need to be able to answer 3 questions/minute, which I failed. Based on their communication so far, it does look like for a marketing manager type of role, you only do end up having only 30 minutes of human interview, the rest is just random logic-psychology etc. tests. I am confident that my skills were overlooked. Emailing me my results would be nice, but they forgot to incorporate it into the testing process.
