Interview
Lengthy hiring process with little to no human touch. No feedback if unsuccessful. Got to the second to the last stage, dashboard says passed yet hiring manager refused to progress application to interview.

Question 1
One week after taking the real work assessment, find a message on my dashboard that says that the hiring manager decided not to progress my application for an interview. Yet, the same dashboard shows that I passed the real work assessment. No explanation/ feedback as to why the hiring manager made that decision. Too bad, Crossover. Expected at least a decent explanation.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Ciudad de México) in Jul 2020
Interview
Invested 4+ hours online answering questions filling forms, recording audio and video, creating accounts for several websites and downloading SW and developing a mock client engagement only to be told I didn't pass the English Proficiency assessment, which consisted of an audio recording of me talking about previous experiences. The problem is that the audio needed to be shared via google drive. And the file was never accessed so, they disqualified me without listening to the audio and while I was way on my way doing the "Real Work" portion of the process which they never got to see. Very frustrating!

Interview
you have to go through a serie of online tests (IQ test, english test, leet code test, then real world test) but only at the end you find out that they are extremely intrusive (they ask for 360° view of your room, screen sharing and webcam on all the time) and they have that tool that watches you while you work, all of this for a below low-tier salary
