You must solve 50 Mathematical/ Word Problems/ Non Verbal Reasoning Questions within 15 minutes. It's impossible to complete it in the time given and although im sure I got 100% of the completed questions correct I "failed" the test. I don't understand the logic of this.

Terrible. It is unbelievable that a company uses this sort of process to actually evaluate the suitability of an applicant. Newsflash: Unless said candidate were to spend every living minute for weeks on end preparing for and looking at CCAT samples... OR he/she happens to be nothing short of a pure genius at this sort of exercise: they won't pass. It is quite frustrating that seemingly intelligent people running these companies fail to grasp that performing "well" in one of these ridiculous tests can mean absolutely nothing. Oh well, farewell.
