Crossover for Work interview questions

The first step of the process, prior to any contact with a person, is a request to complete 5 assessments that would take an estimated 30 minutes to 1.5 hours EACH.. This is part of the automated "thank you for applying email", so there has been zero vetting of candidates prior to asking them to complete several hours of assessment. This is a waste of 99% of peoples time, as they will not be seriously considered for the position.
