Crossover for Work interview questions

The Interview process is ridiculous. There are 50 questions that you need to anwer in 15 minutes. Many of those questions require calculous and/or abstract analysis that takes up quite some time. I would say 50% of the questions are irrelevant to the role. I understood that it does not matter how good you were at the test, if they are already filled with the required position, they will just fail you. Very unprofessional.

Online interview with video ON. They ask you to get an ID card too. There are a lot of practical questions asked for which there is no right or wrong answer so all goes by the discretion of the other person
