Crossover for Work interview questions

They declare the process will last max 2 weeks and will be made by 3 assessments and 1 interview. I passed the assessments and I asked several times for scheduling the interview . The scheduled it after 3 weeks but nobody showed up. After several request for clarification (and additional 3 weeks) I’ve been told that position has been filled. Completely unprofessional.

Straightforward. Only weird thing is the CCAT. It's easy with good preparation. After the CCAT, there's a language test, coding test, system design interview, live task from their onboarding system, and then culture fit interviews.
