Interview
A real waste of my time, hours and hours making online tests for nothing. The recruiting process is a mess. Unreal expectations. If they ask you to waste your time just on the recruiting process, I can't imagine the real job.

Question 1
I don't remember, but it was like being in college again. Totally unnecesary for some positions to ask you as if you are a rookie.

Question 1
Their AI assessment for english language profficiency resulted in assessing me - a native english speaker - as "insufficient". On Septmeber 27, 22 I asked for re-assessment or explanation. I got a response on December 19, 22 - three months later, that they would "look into it". In the end their response was this: "Please see the findings of the manual review done on your recording by our assessment partner: "In reviewing this case, the user appears to be a fluent or native English speaker, however, their responses on a number of items did not mirror the prompt closely enough to merit a higher score. This is often due to native speakers not giving their full attention to the prompt assuming that they will score well without paying close attention." We know that your time invested in this process is valuable and encourage you to consider reapplying and taking the test after six months." In short - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with Crossover.

Interview
After applying on LinkedIn they sent me a link to their website which require over 4 hours of tests before the initial interview. I did the first 2, which were an IQ test and an English language test. Nothing had anything to do with the role. It was completely ridiculous and I stopped before the 3 hour test. If a company wants you to take that much time out of your day they should compensate you.
