Interview
Did not make it to a “human” interview. The prescreen test was SAT style on steroids. Total waste of time. It was a timed test that required you to answer 50 questions in 15 min.

Example: You have five bottles of pills. One bottle has 9 gram pills; the others have 10 gram pills. You have a scale that can be used only once. How can you find out which bottle contains the 9 gram pills?

Interview
Disrespectful, demeaning, and irrelevant. This interview at Crossover was one of the poorest, if not the worst, experience I have had in my job search process. The Cognitive Aptitude Test measured irrelevant and pointless skills in the applicant. In addition to the fifth-grade level math questions and random vocab quizzes, this interview asked pattern and puzzle questions which are completely inaccessible to people with visual disabilities. As a customer success-focused professional with over six years of experience working remotely, and as someone who has been blind from birth, this interview experience was almost traumatizing and definitely insulting. Even after having earned the skills, background, and education for this role--as I have a Masters level degree from an Ivy League institution--it was virtually impossible for me to complete the Cognitive Aptitude Test given the pointless puzzle and pattern questions. I would not recommend anyone to apply to this company, as no one deserves to waste their time in this unethical and irrelevant interview process.

WE live in a 21st century. How a company that prized itself being technologically advanced, has no clue that so called 'cognitive tests" are highly overrated? I'd be all for behavioural questions, since it truly can reveal how a person will handle difficult situations in uncertain times and his/her personal characteristics, but the ridiculous 50 questions in 15 min incl math calculations?! Whom exactly you want to hire for this particular role? May be Einstein? Is your name "NASA" by any chance, which will make sense, obviously. But you are not!
This is such an old-fashion way of thinking and hiring that I can't possibly imagine this particular company to sustain for long in the industry. This is the most dry and non-human way of hiring. I wish you 'good luck' on your way down!
