I am never applying at the organization ever again. How you subject a person to very rigorous and tasking hurdles, and after the person had scaled through it all, you just decide on a whim that the person isn't going to be interviewed. What kind of organization does that? I passed all your tests and you decide to not interview? It's messed up.
