Interview
After passing 5 different pre-interview assessments, including a Cognitive Aptitude Test, a language test (audio recording), two multiple choice tests and a free response test where I had to respond to 5 customer emails, I received an invite to schedule an interview with a Hiring Manager.
The interview was only 15 minutes long. The interviewer wasted no time on pleasantries and went straight to discussing my responses to the test emails, asking me what assumptions I had made and why. It was quite tedious. With about 8 different tests/interviews that was supposed to be done. In some of the interviews, esp the technical ones. Interviewers looked disinterested. In the final interview, my interviewer did not even open my submitted test. Claimed there was a virus in the work I submitted, I use Ubuntu.

Interview
I did not actually interview, but like many others who have posted here, I applied and had to take the psychometrics test which including word, math and logics questions.
I typically perform well on these types of assessments, but apparently failed this one. There was no feedback and at the end the test I was not given a score, just a message that I failed, to work on those skills, and I could apply again in 6 months.
