Didn't get to in-person interview.
Apprently didn't pass aptitude test, which had 50 question and 15 minutes to answer them.
Although these questions are pretty standard for an aptitude test, I don't understand why they don't test proffesion related skills first and then determine if you qualify. The hiring process doesn't seem worth the time even applying.

What they always do is to put big numbers in the title of the job posting and luring you in. Then their automatic replying system sends you an automatic invitation, asking you to answers stupid IQ and personality testing questions. Yes, no technical questions at all. That process takes you at least 1 hour, and almost always end with a decline. No one in the company ever talk to you.
