Crate and Barrel interview questions

The interview itself was great. I had a wonderful connection with the store director, Marco. Standard interview questions but he took a lot of time to get to know me and he took time to explain the role and what was expected. We had a brief follow-up where he mentioned he really liked me and would 'reach out soon' for the nest steps. During this wait period, I had also interviewed with their sister company in Santana Row, CB2. Also had a great connection with CB2. My interviewer, Walter, told me he would reach out to Marco to let me know they would like to move forward with me. He was just waiting on the OK. Never heard from anyone ever again despite my attempts to reach out....I was super bummed.

They called me, set up the interview. I showed up, 5 minutes early. The manager had forgotten about our interview. He sent me to interview with a different manager, and they asked me many questions and explained the role. The role seemed much different than it had in the description online.
