Crate and Barrel interview questions

The interview process is usually between three to four interviews depending on the position you apply for. They use the STAR method to identify behaviors and specific situations and how you handled them.

I arrived 10 mins early and they had me wait on one of their couches on the sales floor. The department lead met me where I was seated and we held the interview there. The first question she asked was for me to tell her about myself and then we continued with more questions. Most of the questions were about giving examples. It felt really natural and more so like a conversation. She seemed to like me and said I will have to have a 2nd interview with the store manager.
