I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach (Glendale, AZ)
Interview
Applied through email and got a reply setting up an interview the next day. Interview was held outside the store at a table in a casual manner. I was handled a form to fill out while having a conversation with the store manager. I was told that it takes up to a week to get called back for a second interview. However, I never heard back from the store.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2012
Interview
Standard interviewing process. Began with phone interviews then proceeded to schedule in person interview. In person interviews were one on one. Some of the managers that I interviewed with did not really have a stake in my position but since they were senior managers they were asked to provide their input. My interview ended up turning into a multi person interview that day. It was a good sign that they were interested in my skills and wanted to keep me there to accomplish as many interviews as possible in a short period of time. I appreciated them not wasting my time by having to come back again and again to meet different levels of management.
