I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (New York, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
Extremely laborious. Had to meet with the assistant managers, store manager, and then the district manager who moved the interview twice. I found it frustrating that the entire process took over a month. I was desperate for a job so I bit my tongue and dealt with it. Hiring process has changed drastically. In the direction that this company is going, it is mostly about how you look, and past experience. Someone who doesn't look the part will not get hired, no matter how qualified they are.
