I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach in Sep 2012
Interview
Lots of questions around experience. Not many around selling behaviors which they expect a lot from you. First interview was with DM who was not intimidating and very straight forward about the business. Second interview was with the store manager. No real questions around the actual business but around my personal experience and confidence in my self. Great experience with questions they had.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach (Ottawa, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very welcoming, I applied online and then got a call for and interview the same day. I met with a manager and she took myself and another interviewee to the back for the interview. She took and hung our coats and told us to make ourselves comfortable. She explained the company's history and how the store works/ policies. Asked us two questions actual interview questions. Overall very easy.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach (Dawson, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
First, you turn in your application (in store), then you get and interview with the head manager, if you pass that round then you will either get an over the phone/in person interview with the regional manager (mine lasted a total of 5 minutes and it was over the phone, plus you get to choose over the phone or in person) lastly if you pass that round you then schedule an interview with the other head manager.
