CGI interview questions

1. Phone call with talent acquisition manager. 2. Technical interview with the project team — discussion about experience, skills, goals, interests. 3. Phone call with talent acquisition manager to discuss the offer.

The initial interview was smooth and fast, I got an invitation a day after I sent my application via Linkedin. However, after the first interview, I was told that I will receive a quiz as the second process, but received none nor heard anything from them after, when I was asking for updates. I took that as a sign that maybe I didn't pass, but after a few weeks I finally received a quiz from them and only have 24 hours to answer it (they asked me to write a few different categories). I didn't get to answer the quiz because I already got a job offer from another company, but I still think this shouldn't be normalize as it frustrates the applicant and dies down the excitement or motivation.
