Anheuser-Busch InBev Global Management Trainee (GMT) interview questions

Interview process was pretty smooth, there are 5 stages in total (CV screening - Online test - AI Interview - Business case simulation - Structured Interview). I made it to the structured interview.

In the beginning, a lot of only questionnaires and game-like assessment. The first in-person round has an acceptance rate of around 5% and consists of an interview of around half an hour and an assessment-day exercise where you are divided into teams of 5 and play against the other teams. After, the last round consists of a couple of interviews with senior management in couples of two interviewees.
