Anheuser-Busch InBev Global Management Trainee (GMT) interview questions

After applying to the career website, you'll be invited to do assessment tests. After this, there is video question where you need to reply in 2 minutes in english, no matter where you apply. I then received a phone call to participate the ABI day, with a 1-to-1 interview, and 2 business games. You do the business games with other participants and you're being reviewed.

After the application with CV and cover letter upload there is an online assessment taking approximately 60 minutes. This involves little games based on reaction time, risk taking and memory. Moreover, there are questions to define your personality and fit with the company.
