I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev
Interview
I applied through my university's career services. They were very engaging and friendly when I met them at the career fair. Got a first round interview, it was a marketing case study that wanted you to choose 2 beers out of 6 to put out in the market based on information given in the case. Wasn't too difficult, but I was not invited to the next round.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
There were two online assessments: a cultural fit test and a logical reasoning test, both pretty typical for companies. The next step was a case study interview, then a behavioral interview the next day. You get flown out to St. Louis after this step for a business simulation of sorts. The last step is a final panel in front of the corporation's VP's. Overall, long process, but the incredible exposure it offers and the differentiation from other companies was a plus.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Buenos Aires) in Jun 2016

First some logical tests online,
2° Interview at the office with a case study, you have to determine which beer should be launch in the market based on the info exposed
3° interview with HR manager, this is a bit harder, ethical questios, "who would you fire? why?" in relation to the other participants, just base your answers on good arguments and dont change them till the end, he'll disagree all the time and try to destabilize you. Keep strong
4° Business Game; you have 2 min to introduce and "sell" yourself. Be concrete, put lots of energy, be empathic, easy going "relax" but enthusiastic. They look for young, sociable, energetic people. You have teams nd compete to others. You change 3 variables (beer price, investment in Mkt and Investment in Public image) nd the simulation follows. You need to explain your decisions in a logical manner and show good teamwork, thats all about
5° Last interview with the VP's of the zone you applied for. 2 minutes introduce/sell yourself, plus questions from them
