I applied through their website, and the process was straightforward. The next day I received an email that I had a video interview. It's online, and nobody is on the other end. There were 16 questions in total. Two of which I had to submit a video of myself answering. The rest were written answers. This was just today so I have no updates.

I got a call few weeks later asking for a date for an interview.
I did the interview the next day online through Microsoft. She then sent me the link for criminal checks&diplomas etc and for the health exam.
I then took the health exam in that same week and got an offer 4days later!
