Applied for the Flight Attendant position on the Air Canada website. Completed a personality questionnaire via PredictiveHir and then received an email to complete a virtual one-one interview via Microsoft Team. A lot of the questions asked are about your previous experiences (ex: Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer) Overall, it was fairly easy. Remember to emphasize on customer experience/service and safety.
