It was almost three years ago, so I could be wrong and things could be different now. But if I am correct, there was online questionnaire and video interview before the phone call. I managed to get the phone call but what was unfortunate was, I didn't have PR card back then, and as soon as I said I only had work permit, the interview ended. It was permanent part time position.

Very easy, they ask 5 questions in total most of them being scenarios. Scenarios that could possibly happen at the airport. They want you to use words at being patient, a team player, and are able to work under pressure.
