- first I got a phone call the morning after applying online. Lady was nice, everything went well and she then asked me if I could schedule a bilingual phone interview which was 2 days after.
- Waited a couple of weeks to get an email that asked me to book a F2F interview that was about 2 weeks ago. I then got to the group interview and got out of there woth my medical appointment for the next tuesday ! I also had 48 hours to do some personality tests online.
Now i’m waiting to see if everything was good with the medical and background check ! Did any of you get some news about that ?

Applied online, got a phone call a few days later. Basic questions were asked; languages spoken, customer service experience etc. Second interview call was a language assessment in french. Basic questions were also asked. Was asked to spell out my name in french.
