Interview
After applying, a representative from Air Canada will call you for a short phone interview (approx 10-20min). They ask some yes or no questions, some typical interview questions like "tell me about yourself", and then some scenario questions. If they are pleased with your answers, the representative will book you for a language test. This is a brief 5-10min of chatting to see if you can really speak the language. If you have passed your language tests, they will book you for a f2f Interview, which is very similar to the phone interview. If you provide satisfying answers, they will call you for a group interview where they aim to see your ability to work as a team.

Interview
Applied online, got an email almost two months later asking me to come in for a face to face interview. While they sent that they also sent a little quiz that had to be taken before the interview. I never did a phone interview like most people stated. Interview was at the airport and it was me and two other people that worked for the company. Basic customer service questions about why I want to work for the company, and we also did a little role play. The lady seemed outgoing but the man seemed like he had an attitude or cared little that I was there. I knew walking out I wasn't going to get the job and of course three days later I got an email saying I didn't get the job. This is my second interview with this company, so I have no idea what they are looking for.
