Applied online. Got a call after about 2 weeks. Scheduled a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview they scheduled me two language test by phone, one on each day. After about 2 weeks I got an email stating my application is still active and on-site interview will be scheduled by either a phone call or an email. Now waiting to hear from them about the interview.

The whole process took around 5 moths between phone interview and face to face interview. If you did good in the face 2 face, they send you to a group interview where they going to give you some in flight scenarios and give you a time to solve. If they like you you will be going for the next step which is the medical exams
