Step one: you apply if you fulfill the job requirements you'll be invited for a screening interview
Step two (30m): the screening interview with one of the best hr I have ever delt with, She/he will get to know you and ask some questions nothing out of the ordinary then she will explain the job position and the benefits and the salary expectations
Step three: the hr will assest your application based on what they got so far if you pass yoy will be invited to the next step
Step four (2h): this step has two parts, language test, and talent pitch challenge, if you pass both tasks you will be invited for the final interview
Step five(1h 30m): final interview with one of the best hiring managers i have ever delt with, very professional and smart, and you feel that you are appreciated during the whole interview, it was simply a great experience.
If you pass this stage you may or you may not be invited to one last stage to check your verbal and communication skills in the language you are applying for (35m), mine was via phone with a very kind and polite recruiter wich made me very satisfied and determined to be an agodan
Step six: the answer / I 'm still waiting for the feedback / fingers crossed.
