Agoda Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There is 2 stages to pass. Firstly, the interview through phone/call. Once you're done, then your application would be referred to the Hiring Manager. You will meet the Hiring Manager face to face and have a casual conversation about the job, expectations, benefits and what is required from you out of the job.

First process is an online test that just confirms you can read and understand what a hotel may ask. Then when you are called into the office your give a tour and a brief breakdown on the background of the company. Then you will have a one on one with the Site manager who will ask questions on your experience and what the company offers.
