-If you are talented and management likes you then opportunities for growth will present themselves -Company is trying to improve its culture for a unified gategroup -Concentrates on other benefits that are not compensation related

Cons

-Each brand is responsible for themselves and collaboration is challenging -No annual increases in compensation -Vacation Leave is lower than market -People walk on eggshells because they don't know what will come next

None really. Leadership are pathetic the organiziation is like a ship with no rudder.

Cons

Inept management. This is one of those consolidated out-sourced companies. Many developers in India, IT staff a joke. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Nice office, free coffee, good parking...sad that that's about it.

Cons

#1 problem is culture, which is cut throat. Every Director is consumed on how they must appear as value add, even at the expense of their own teams. HR should do something about this but they can't even keep their own people. Our 4 Values are for everyone else to cultivate, but not senior leadership as they rarely embody these. Meetings show lowest levels of accountability and a culture of hostility and blame. Data is skewed to cover problems or create appearances. The best meetings are those that get canceled.
