      Great part time job, not worth the stress for a full time position.

      Pros

      50% Discount for Boutique Manager, a lot of freedom to merchandise your own store and create your own promotions.

      Cons

      No direction from Upper Management. I would call & email her & it would take her 2 weeks to get back to me, if ever. No support when Associates are breaking policy, no feedback/communication when you have an issue in your store. From a seasonal associate up to manager, pay is not competitive. It was impossible to keep decent associates, and I couldn't blame them for leaving.

      Pros

      Worked 2 weekends a month and had 2 weekends off a month. Only worked 1 Sunday a month.

      Cons

      No support from upper management in regards to leadership and continuing management education. No support from employee or customer harassment. Company has policies but does not follow their own policies.
