customers are hard to deal with

- Low Pay Compared to the high work-load - only about 6 to 7 employees in one store, meaning no flexibility with scheduling at all, and there is no one you can call in to replace you in case of an emergency. - Project Reimage is the worst thing that ever happened to Francesca. Cooperate Management and the new visual director wants all of these "NEW Improvements" without any concise goals or direction. The key word "Edgy" is thrown around a lot, which is funny because Francesca is anything But edgy. What's even funnier is that the company expects the store employees to create these edgy visual displays with No edgy clothing. They keep sending in the same type of clothing they have always had, nothing NEW or Edgy. Also there always sending in new visual with pictures of styles from other stores like; gojane.com, forever21 and pinkice, Its the most ridiculous thing ever. - regional mangers are useless - NO time for breaks *overworked employees - There is only 1 or 2 employees working at a time and they expect the 3 to 5 shipment boxes a day that they send to be cleared out and merchandised, while still making sales. - I can totally see this company getting sued for breaking labor laws or going bankrupt soon.
