Pay.
This company works you like a major slave and you get paid dirt!! The things store managers have to deal with are unacceptable for the salary you receive. Bonuses are a joke and yearly reviews are a slap in the face. All the hard work and dedication you give the company and it's not even worth it. Store managers have it the worst and the company should be ashamed of themselves for paying us so little. We are like the owners of the business and have to deal with way more than we should. You will never receive overtime and they expect you to work more than you are required to, always. Don't even bother asking for a raise, they'll never give you one no matter how long you've been with the company and no matter how hard you work. I can't ever get a perfect staff because all of the qualified candidates won't accept our measly pay offer. Overworked and under payed is quite the understatement.
There is no employee appreciation.
When you work at corporate you get all of the perks you can possibly get, but the boutique staff gets treated like dogs.
When I say they like to promote from within, I mean up to a store manager. Anyone above that will be hired from outside of the company, and you don't even have to be qualified. Such a joke!! This company is run by all women, so be prepared for some major cattiness.
Francescas has taken a turn for the worse. I feel bad for the people who haven't realized this yet. Hopefully I have enlightened some of you.
